Create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environment.
Support children's social, emotional, language, and early learning development through age-appropriate activities.
Encourage curiosity through art, music, outdoor play, stories, movement, and hands-on exploration.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
Work as part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping every child thrive.

Qualifications
Aide
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Passion for working with young children
No childcare experience? That's okay! We have a limited number of Aide positions available while we help you complete the training needed to become PATCH qualified—and we even pay for your CDA certification.
Infant/Toddler Caregiver
12–24 months of experience working with children under age 3 in a licensed childcare setting
Required Infant/Toddler training (or willingness to complete—we'll help!)
Teacher
CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program
Schedule & Locations
Monday–Friday • Full Time, 8:30-5:30 or Part Time 12-5p
