At Kamaʻāina Kids, our Kitchen Assistants help create one of the most important parts of every child's day—healthy meals shared in a warm, welcoming preschool community.
You'll prepare and serve nutritious meals, keep the kitchen organized, and support the preschool team while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule with afternoons, evenings, and weekends free.

What You'll Do
Every day is a little different, but you'll help keep our preschool running smoothly by:
Preparing and serving catered breakfasts, lunches, and snacks
Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Washing dishes and keeping kitchen supplies stocked
Assisting teachers with simple classroom tasks when extra help is needed
Supporting the preschool team wherever needed
We're Looking For Someone Who
Is dependable and takes pride in their work
Enjoys staying organized and keeping things running smoothly
Works well independently and as part of a team
Likes being around young children
Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping others
Kitchen or food service experience is helpful, but reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $17.00–$18.50/hour
$500 New Hire Bonus
