Role Snapshot
As a Before School Group Leader, you’re a steady, welcoming presence in the early hours—helping children arrive safely, ease into the day, and feel prepared for learning. You’ll create a positive morning environment that balances structure, fun, and connection.

What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming children and helping them transition into the school day
Leading morning games, quiet activities, and enrichment experiences
Supporting positive behavior and social skills
Building respectful relationships with children and families
Creating a safe, inclusive, and calm environment
Collaborating with teammates to keep mornings running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
You genuinely enjoy working with children
You’re reliable, patient, and team-oriented
You bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with kids is helpful—but not required
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Available weekday mornings, Monday–Friday
Schedule & Locations
Hahaione Elementary
Kamiloiki Elementary
Monday–Friday: Approximately 5:45am-8am
