Preschool & Toddler Aides
Start a Career That Makes a Difference
You don't need years of experience to make a big impact on a child's day.
At Kamaʻāina Kids, our Preschool & Toddler Aides help create the safe, happy, engaging classrooms where keiki learn to trust, explore, make friends, and discover what they can do.
We're hiring caring, dependable people to join our preschool teams in Kailua and Kaneohe. If you love working with children and want a job with purpose, a consistent weekday schedule, great benefits, and room to grow, this could be the place to start.

What Your Day Might Look Like
Preschool days are rarely boring.
You might start the morning helping children settle into their classroom, spend the afternoon painting, building, singing, reading stories, exploring outside, or helping a toddler work through some very big feelings.
Along the way, you'll:
Help create a classroom where children feel safe, included, and excited to learn
Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Participate in art, music, stories, sensory play, outdoor activities, and hands-on learning
Encourage independence, curiosity, communication, and confidence
Build positive relationships with children, families, and your teaching team
Help keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for the next adventure
The little things you do every day add up to something pretty important.
