Lead with Purpose
As a Program Manager, you'll oversee your own school site, mentor a team of educators, and help create an after-school program that children and families love.
A Schedule That Supports Work-Life Balance
Monday–Friday afternoons
Approximately 1:30 PM–5:30 PM
Wednesdays begin around 12:30 PM for early release
No evenings
No weekends
No holiday shifts

What You'll Do
Every afternoon is different, but you'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
You'll:
Lead daily operations for a school-age after-school program
Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides
Foster a positive, welcoming environment where children feel safe, included, and excited to participate
Plan engaging activities including games, enrichment projects, homework support, STEM, arts, and outdoor recreation
Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and community partners
Oversee attendance, staffing, communication, and day-to-day program operations
Develop your team while helping every child have an exceptional after-school experience

What You'll Need
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Experience leading or supervising groups of children
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A positive attitude and dependable work ethic
Availability every Monday–Friday afternoon
