Looking for a meaningful leadership role that fits your schedule and makes a real impact? Join Kamaʻāina Kids as an After School Site Coordinator and help create a safe, fun, and engaging space where elementary-aged keiki can thrive.
In this role, you’ll lead your team, support staff development, and bring your creativity to life through activities that keep kids learning and laughing every day.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support a team of Group Leaders at your program site
Plan and facilitate engaging activities (sports, arts & crafts, STEM, homework help)
Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment for keiki
Build strong relationships with school staff and families
Oversee daily program operations with confidence and care

College students (Education, Child Development, Psychology)
Aspiring teachers, counselors, or youth professionals
Coaches, mentors, and leaders who love working with kids
What You Bring
Availability Monday–Friday (approx. 1:30–5:30 PM)
Experience working with children (School Para/EA, camps, coaching, children's ministry, etc.)
Strong organization, reliability, and leadership skills
Degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
A positive attitude and ability to lead with aloha
