$500 New Hire Bonus • Part-Time & Full-Time
Pay & Growth Opportunity
Pay: $19–$25 per hour (based on education and experience)
Grow with Us: Not quite Teacher-qualified yet? Start with us as an Aide and we’ll support you every step of the way. We cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate) and provide the guidance and experience needed to grow into a Preschool Teacher role.

Lead a classroom with engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
Build strong relationships with families and your teaching team
Bring creativity, consistency, and care to each child’s day

What We’re Looking For
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including:
CDA (Child Development Associate), OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Passionate, reliable, and committed to early childhood education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule & Location
Full-time positions available
Honolulu area preschools
Weekday daytime hours (no nights or weekends)
