Part-Time | Hawai'i Kai / Koko Head

Your Keiki Leader Role & Responsibilities:

• Run Safe, Engaging Afternoons: Lead groups of school-age children through games, outdoor sports, arts, and creative play.

• Positive Mentorship: Provide supportive guidance and homework assistance while encouraging positive behavior.

• Maintain Active Supervision: Keep your eyes moving! Ensure a safe, highly supervised, and organized environment for all children.

• Work with a Team: Be a cooperative and friendly teammate, helping to create a welcoming ‘ohana environment.

You’ll Be a Perfect Fit if You:

• Genuinely Love Kids: You find joy in helping children succeed and stay engaged.

• Are Reliable: You show up on time and bring a consistent, positive attitude.

• Are a Team Player: You value collaboration and want to grow alongside others.

• Have your Diploma/GED: Must be 18+ with a high school diploma/GED (Limited student Aide roles available for under 18!).

• Live Locally: You can easily commute to our Koko Head and Kamiloiki sites.
