What You’ll Do
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for toddlers and preschoolers
Support social, emotional, and developmental growth through play-based learning
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Bring creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to a collaborative school culture
Pay & Benefits
Competitive Pay: $19–$25/hour for qualified caregivers
$750 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications
Caregivers ($19-$25 if PATCH Qualified)
High school diploma
12–24 months experience with children under 3 in a licensed preschool or learning center
Infant/Toddler Training (We can provide this)
Aides (Pay: $17–$18.50/hour)
High school diploma
Volunteer work or other experience with caring for infants & toddlers
We will provide Infant/Toddler Training and the experience you meet PATCH Caregiver qualifications in the near-future!
