Do you love helping kids feel confident, included, and supported? Join Kama‘aina Kids, Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned non-profit childcare organization. As a 1:1 Group Leader, you’ll work directly with a keiki who has special needs in our After School Program—creating connection, building trust, and helping them grow through play, learning, and friendship.

Perfect for future teachers, SPED professionals, RBTs, or anyone with a big heart for children.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 1:45 PM–5:30 PM
• Wednesdays (early release): start at 12:30 PM
• No weekends. No nights. No prep at home.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Enjoy helping children with unique needs feel safe, included, and supported
• Have experience as an RBT, SPED aide, paraprofessional—or simply bring a calm, compassionate presence
• Are patient, positive, and motivated to make a difference every day

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Genuine love for working with children
