What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
- Lead age-appropriate activities and support early learning
- Supervise indoor/outdoor play and encourage positive behavior
- Assist with hygiene routines, meals, and daily care
- Communicate with families and collaborate with your teaching team
Who We’re Looking For
- Individuals who are caring, dependable, and excited to work with young children
- Candidates interested in early childhood or gaining classroom experience
- Team players who are flexible and eager to learn
Qualifications
Substitute Teachers:
- Combination of education and experience in early childhood
- CDA, related degree, or coursework preferred
- 6–12 months experience in a licensed childcare setting
Substitute Infant/Toddler Caregivers:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12 ECE credits or 30 hours of infant/toddler training
- 12–24 months experience with children under 36 months
