After-School Program Site Coordinator in Honolulu
Bring your leadership and creativity to Kama‘āina Kids, Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned and operated non-profit serving children and families. As a Site Coordinator, you’ll guide staff, support families, and create a fun, safe, and inspiring after-school environment where kids can learn, play, and grow.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily program operations and mentor your team.
- Welcome children after school with snacks, laughter, and engaging activities.
- Support homework time and spark curiosity through hands-on STEM projects.
- Inspire imagination with crafts, cooking, and creative play.
- Encourage active fun through outdoor games and sports.
- Build meaningful relationships with families and ensure program quality.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children (formal or informal, such as coaching or volunteer work).
