1:1 Group Leader – Make a Difference for One Child, Every Day
Bring your compassion and Aloha spirit to the classroom!
Join Kama‘aina Kids, Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned and operated non-profit organization, as a 1:1 Group Leader supporting a child with special needs in our After School Program. You’ll help one keiki participate in daily activities—crafts, games, homework, and social play—so every child feels included, capable, and valued. Bring your Aloha spirit to the classroom!

Who We’re Looking For
If you’ve worked as a paraprofessional, SPED aide, RBT, or simply love working with children who have unique needs, you’ll thrive in this role. Patience, positivity, and a genuine heart for helping others are a must.
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting kids
Schedule
- Monday–Friday | Approx. 1:45 pm–5:30 pm
- Early release Wednesdays start at 12:30 pm
- No weekends. No nights. No late-night activity planning.
