We operate over 100 locations statewide, and we’re looking for a part time recruiter to help us find the right people to care for our keiki. From preschools to after-school programs, we serve thousands of local families with integrity, compassion, and aloha.

Our new part-time Recruiting Specialist will help us bring in top talent for hard-to-fill, licensed childcare roles. If you have experience recruiting in high-volume, compliance-based environments—and thrive in a mission-driven space—we want to meet you!

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for licensed childcare roles
• Manage applicants using our ATS (Teamtailor – we’ll train you!)
• Conduct screening calls and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Help write and post engaging job ads that attract local talent
• Track and organize hiring data using live Excel recruiting dashboards
• Help us shape smarter recruiting processes as we grow

🔍 Who You Are

• You have 2+ years of recruiting experience (ideally in high-volume or hourly roles)
• You’re tech-savvy, organized, and can juggle a lot without dropping the ball
• You write clearly and communicate professionally
• You have a warm, approachable vibe that aligns with our community-first mission
• You’re familiar with the geography of Hawaiʻi (preferred, especially if remote)
