In this role, you’ll:
Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate classroom experiences
Support children’s social-emotional growth and early learning milestones
Maintain a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment
Partner with families and collaborate with your teaching team

Qualifications
Teacher Aides: ($17-18.50)
At least 18 with a high school diploma or GED
Experience working with children in any setting (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, youth programs, etc.) or a strong interest in working with children
Kind, patient, and energetic; eager to learn and grow in early childhood education with a willingness to be trained
Growth Opportunity:
This Aide position is a great entry point into early childhood education. As you gain experience and complete qualifications, you may be eligible to transition into a Teacher or Caregiver role with pay ranging from $19–$25 per hour. We support your growth and cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate).
