Pay & Growth Opportunity
Pay: $19–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Grow with Us: If you're not quite PATCH qualified for Caregiver, you can grow with us! We support your continued development by providing the required Infant/Toddler training hours and the cost of obtaining your CDA. Build your career in early childhood education with a team that invests in you.
What You’ll Do
Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants and toddlers
Support developmental milestones through play, interaction, and routine
Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Follow daily schedules including feeding, diapering, and nap routines
Build trusting relationships with families and your teaching team

What We’re Looking For
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
1–2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Patient, nurturing, and attentive to the needs of young children
Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
Passion for supporting early childhood development
Schedule & Locations
Full-time and Part-time positions available
Kailua and Kāneʻohe area preschools
Weekday daytime hours (no nights or weekends)
