What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment for preschool-aged children

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports school readiness

• Foster social, emotional, language, and early academic development through engaging activities

• Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families

• Bring creativity, leadership, and enthusiasm to a collaborative teaching team

• Competitive Pay: $21–$25/hour (for PATCH qualified teacher applicants)

Qualifications

Teachers ($21-25 per hour DOE)

• CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• 6–12 months relevant classroom experience

Infant/Toddler Caregivers ($19-21 per hour DOE)

• High school diploma

• Infant/Toddler training (We can provide all required training)

• 12–24 months experience with children under 36 months
