At Kamaʻāina Kids, after school is a time for kids to relax, connect with friends, and explore new interests. As a Group Leader, you’ll guide activities, encourage creativity, and help create an environment where every child feels welcome and supported.

What You’ll Do
As an After School Group Leader, you’ll:
Lead games, crafts, sports, and enrichment activities
Support students with homework and learning time
Help create a safe, organized, and upbeat environment
Encourage kindness, teamwork, and positive behavior
Build relationships with children, families, and teammates
Every afternoon is different—and that’s part of the fun.
Schedule
Now Hiring at:
Holualoa
Kahakai
Waikoloa
Monday-Friday | After-school hours
Approximate shifts vary by site (typically 1:45pm - 5:30pm, Earlier on Weds at 12:30pm))
No nights, no weekends, no take-home work
Who We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
Are a high school student (under age 18)
Enjoy working with children and want to help them have fun
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Are responsible, punctual, and ready to learn
Have a positive attitude and Aloha spirit
No prior experience is required — just bring your energy, curiosity, and willingness to help!
