What You’ll Do

• Lead daily routines, learning activities, and care.

• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.

• Support smooth classroom operations each day.

What You’ll Receive

• Pay: $19-21/hr for Qualified Caregivers, substitute aide positions $17-18.5/hr

• Bonuses: $500 New Hire Bonus

Who We’re Looking For

• No experience required—just enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn

• Team players who can support various age groups as needed

• Caregiver Qualified Applicants must meet PATCH certification requirements including a CDA or Bachelors in ECE plus 1+ years in a licensed preschool
