This role is perfect for educators, aides, students, or caregivers who want meaningful part-time work with predictable weekday hours and no evenings or weekends.

What You’ll Do as a Floater

• Step in to support classrooms as needed throughout the day

• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children

• Assist with play-based learning activities, routines, and transitions

• Build positive relationships with children and staff

• Support a calm, organized, and respectful school environment

This role focuses on support and flexibility—not lesson planning or full classroom responsibility.

Pay & Benefits

• Teacher Aides: $17–$18.50/hour

• Teachers (once qualified): $19–$25/hour

Qualifications

Teacher Aides (Floater)

• No experience required

• Training provided

Teachers / Caregivers (if applicable)

• CDA or degree in ECE (or working toward one)

• Infant/Toddler training preferred for younger age groups
