Facilities Maintenance Technician – Preschool Sites (Oʻahu)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Daytime Hours)

This role is ideal for a reliable, experienced, hands-on professional who takes pride in fixing problems, maintaining spaces, and supporting environments where children learn and grow.
You’ll work across multiple preschool campuses, handling a wide range of general maintenance needs—from classroom repairs to playground upkeep—ensuring our facilities remain safe, clean, and operational.

About the Role
This is a generalist maintenance position, not a single-trade role. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable jumping between tasks, working independently, and solving problems efficiently in active school environments.

Fix doors, cabinets, drawers, and classroom fixtures
Perform basic plumbing repairs, including sink and toilet clogs
Replace light fixtures, bulbs, and ceiling tiles
Handle patch painting, light drywall repair, and general upkeep
Inspect and maintain playground and outdoor equipment
Travel between preschool sites using a company vehicle
Help ensure all facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards
This Role Is a Good Fit If You Have:
Solid, hands-on experience in general maintenance or facilities work
Working knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic
Comfort working in environments with children and understanding of safety expectations
A clean driving abstract and reliable transportation
Experience in schools, childcare centers, property management, or similar settings is a strong plus. HVAC experience is a bonus but not required.
