As an After School Aide, you’ll support our Group Leaders to help create fun, engaging, and safe after-school experiences for keiki — all while gaining real leadership experience and earning great pay.
This role is perfect for high school students who love working with kids, want to strengthen teamwork and communication skills, and are ready to make a positive impact in their community.

What You’ll Do
As an After School Aide, you’ll support Group Leaders by:
Helping set up and assist with activities, games, and projects
Encouraging and guiding keiki during program time
Supporting a positive, inclusive environment
Assisting with transitions, cleanup, and logistics
Being a reliable teammate who helps us deliver a great experience every day
This position does not supervise children alone — you’ll always be working alongside a Group Leader.
Schedule
Monday-Friday | After-school hours
Approximate shifts vary by site (typically 1:45pm - 5:30pm, Earlier on Weds at 12:30pm))
No nights, no weekends, no take-home work
Who We’re Looking For

Are a high school student (under age 18)
Enjoy working with children and want to help them have fun
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Are responsible, punctual, and ready to learn
Have a positive attitude and Aloha spirit
No prior experience is required — just bring your energy, curiosity, and willingness to help!
