As an After School Site Coordinator, you’ll lead a dedicated team, partner with families, and create a safe, engaging after-school environment where keiki can learn, play, and thrive.

About the Role

As a Site Coordinator, you’ll oversee daily program operations while supporting staff and ensuring high-quality experiences for children. Each afternoon is filled with opportunities to connect, lead, and inspire through activities such as:

• Helping children unwind after school with snacks and structured play

• Supporting homework time and leading hands-on STEM activities

• Encouraging creativity through cooking projects and arts & crafts

• Supervising outdoor games, sports, and group activities

• Building strong relationships with families and school partners

• Ensuring program quality, safety, and a positive team culture

Schedule: 

• Monday–Friday | Approx. 1:30 PM–5:30 PM 

• Wednesdays (early release) start at 12:30 PM 

• No weekends. No nights. No take-home planning

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (formal or informal—coaching, tutoring, or volunteer work counts!)

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Passion for creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment

• Supervisory experience in childcare or education is a plus
