Role Snapshot
As a Group Leader, you’re the go-to grownup during after-school hours—leading games, supporting learning, and creating a safe, positive space where kids can be kids. You’ll work as part of a supportive team that believes in fun, growth, and showing up for our community.

Lead games, activities, and enrichment projects
Support homework time and positive behavior
Build strong relationships with kids, families, and teammates
Help create an environment that’s safe, inclusive, and fun
What We’re Looking For
You genuinely enjoy working with children
You’re dependable, positive, and ready to jump in
Experience with kids is great—but not required
Must be at least 18 and available during after-school hours (Mon-Fri)
Schedule & Location:
Iliahi Elementary School
Monday–Friday | Approx. 1:30 PM–5:30 PM
Wednesdays (early release) start at 12:30 PM
No weekends. No nights. No take-home planning

Up to $1,000 per semester in tuition assistance
Full-time benefits for part-time hours: paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) with 6% company match
Paid training—no experience needed
