This isn’t babysitting. This is:

• Running sports and outdoor games on the field
• Leading crafts, science experiments, and cool hands-on activities
• Supporting students with homework help
• Creating a safe, fun space where kids feel seen, heard, and supported

Who Thrives in This Role:

• You light up around kids and know how to keep things fun and safe
• Maybe you’ve been the go-to babysitter, a youth sports coach, or raised awesome kids of your own—great!
• No background in childcare? No worries—our training will get you classroom-ready in no time
• Perfect fit for college students studying education or child development, or anyone exploring a career with purpose and play

Schedule Details:

• Monday to Friday, approx 1:45pm–5:30pm
• Early release Wednesdays, approx 12:30pm-5:30 
• Some sites may offer morning hours if you’re interested!
• No weekends. No evenings. No late-night lesson planning.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
  (High school seniors may apply for limited Aide positions)
• A passion for helping keiki and a positive attitude.
