AFTER SCHOOL LEADER – Kailua / Kaneohe Areas
Part-Time | $16–$19/hr | Weekdays Only | Make a Difference Daily

This role is perfect for college students, parents, and anyone who wants to work with children while making a positive impact (and a paycheck). It’s fun, fulfilling, and fits right into your schedule.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Helping with homework and boosting keiki confidence
- Leading sports, games, and epic team-building activities
- Facilitating cool science experiments and hands-on crafts
- Creating smiles, high-fives, and unforgettable afternoons
Who We're Looking For:
- People who genuinely love working with children
- Experience with babysitting, coaching, or parenting? Awesome.
- No experience? We’ve got you—our training is top-notch
- College students in education, child development, or anyone who wants to grow in this field
Schedule Details:
- Monday to Friday, 1:45pm–5:30pm
- Early release Wednesdays, approx 12:30pm-5:30
- Some sites may offer morning hours if you’re interested!
- No weekends. No evenings. No late-night lesson planning.

What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
(High school seniors may apply for limited Aide positions) - A passion for helping kids thrive
