This unique opportunity provides on-the-job training with experienced Mentor Directors, preparing you to take on the role of a Preschool Director at one of our Oahu centers.

📍 Location: Oahu Centers (Windward, Central, or Leeward)
💰 Base Salary: $45,000 (with significant pay increase & bonus potential once placed as a Director)
📅 Training Duration: Varies based on experience & readiness

If you don't quite meet the education requirements for Director, Kama’aina Kids can help. We offer Training and assistance in obtaining your CDA (Child Development Associate) at no cost to you! Start your career journey and grow with us!
